Our story is quite simple, but very special to us in that we both feel blessed by God through His perfect timing. We both grew up in Wilson, NC having mutual friends, passing each other briefly at birthday parties and summer camps from our youth. We don't remember speaking a word to each other then, however, we remember passing each other by. Flash forward to March 2024, we were set up by Ethan's sweet grandmother and our mutual childhood friend, Kaitlyn. We truly believe the Lord put them together at the perfect time and led them to think of us, resulting in Ethan asking Victoria out on a date. Each day since our first date, we agree that our lives have gained a little more color, light, and peace, knowing we've found someone truly special. After a year of dating, Ethan proposed on the train tracks near his house in Stantonsburg with a concrete marker, hand mixed and inscribed with the message, "Will you marry me?" We are so excited to embark on this life-long journey of commitment and trust, and to have you with us as witnesses to what God will join together. To our wedding guests, thank you for supporting us on this momentous occasion that we will remember forever. We are honored to call you our friends and family!

Luz-Hazel (known to Victoria as Lucy) is Victoria's best friend from East Carolina University where they met in the Communication Sciences and Disorders program. They share a love for movies, Jim Carrey quotes, and plants! Lucy is a precious friend who's loyalty and kindness will never go out of style!

Eric is Ethan’s younger brother and lifelong friend. He brews beer at Casita Brewing, is finishing a chemistry degree, and has a strong opinion about music. His sense of humor, wit, and easy going nature is always fun to be around. He marches to his own beat and usually has a good time doing so.

Emma is Victoria's best friend from Wilson whom she met through a church small group. Victoria and Emma quickly bonded over all things "grandma core" and enjoy trips to Hobby Lobby to fuel their next crafting hyperfixation. Emma always knows how to bring the fun, along with a quick joke and her sharp wit! She is a dear friend with an old soul!

Luke and Ethan have known each other since kindergarten and they still tolerate each other. From gardening to fabrication, bass playing to target shooting, Bonnie’s ‘Uncle’ has many talents. He’s a great engineer, an awesome friend and the proud owner of two tractors.

Kennedy is Victoria's eldest niece (age 9), firstborn daughter to Victoria's older brother Andrew Webb. Kennedy is sweet, kind, and a fierce soccer player with a true love for the game. Victoria "Tora" was given her aunt name by toddler Kennedy not long after she learned to talk!

Kyle, Luke and Ethan went to Campbell University together and have stayed close friends ever since. Kyle lives in Charlotte but loves to travel and always has a good story to tell. He is a good time, has a big heart, and is a loyal friend. In college, he once proclaimed “Ethan Barry, I must be allowed to speak at your wedding”. Naturally, we named him as Master of Ceremonies for our reception.

Located in Wilson, Fairfield Inn and Suites Wilson offers 3-star accommodations with free bikes, a fitness center and a shared lounge. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. A buffet, continental or American breakfast is served at the property. A business center and vending machines with snacks and drinks are available on site at the hotel. Speaking English and Spanish, staff are always on hand to help at the reception. Pitt-Greenville Airport is 46 miles from the property.

Your presence at our wedding is the thing we want most, however if you feel led to give, you may gift any amount to our historic house fund.Your contributions towards our shared endeavor are greatly appreciated as we make this historic house our home. We will be living in the 'Reverend Seth Speight House' built in 1821. While there is no shortage of renovations needed, it's our project, adventure, and first home.
